Overview
A Steam-Based Waste Water Evaporator is a thermal evaporation system designed to concentrate industrial wastewater by utilizing steam as the heating medium. The system efficiently evaporates water from high-TDS wastewater streams, reducing liquid waste volume and supporting Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) objectives.
Steam-heated evaporators offer lower operating costs compared to electric systems when steam is readily available from an existing boiler facility.
Treatment Process Flow
Wastewater Collection Tank → Feed Pump → Steam Heated Evaporator → Water Evaporation → Condensate Collection → Concentrate Collection Tank → Sludge Disposal
