Clariflocculator

Overview

A Clariflocculator is a combined unit that integrates flocculation and clarification into a single system. It is widely used in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Industrial Process Water Treatment Systems for the efficient removal of suspended solids, turbidity, color, and other settleable impurities.

 

The flocculation zone promotes the formation of larger flocs through gentle mixing, while the clarification zone allows these flocs to settle by gravity, producing clear overflow water.
