Multi Effect Evaporator

Overview

A Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) is an advanced thermal evaporation system used for concentrating high-TDS wastewater and achieving maximum water recovery. The system utilizes multiple evaporation stages (effects) where the vapor generated in one effect is used as the heating medium for the next effect, significantly reducing steam consumption and operating costs.

 

MEE systems are widely used in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) applications for industrial wastewater treatment and resource recovery.
